Just an old awesome poster writing I saw

Through tough times like these, you actually would stop to think, and also observe, and probably pray too.

For me, I pondered upon a poster given to me when I was confirmed.
It was about Footprints and I want you all to read it if you have not.

Footprints
One night a man had a dream.
He dreamed he was walking along
the beach with the Lord. Across the sky
flashed scenes from his life. For each scene,
he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,
one belonged to him, and the other to the Lord.

When the last scene of this life flashed before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the sand.
He noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed
that it happens at the lowest and saddest times
in his life.

This really bothered him hand he questioned the Lord
about it. "Lord, you said that once I decided to
follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have
noticed that during the most troublesome times
of my life, there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when I needed you most
you would leave me."

The replied,"My precious child, I love you
and I would nver leave you. During your
times of trial and suffering, when you see only
one set of footprints,it then that
I carried you. "

This January hasn't been very great on me sadly. The only thing that I was thankful for was my trip back to the Philippines - coz that was the only time I didn't have to be continuously get haunted by FYP.

Times has gotten shorter and harder. Faith I'm losing and Hope I'm lacking.

I don't even know how am I gonna pull this through.

I think it's safe to say that this is the first ever DSC Christmas Party is it? LOL I really don't know since I've never come across any for the past two years. But anyways, I've never felt so achieving (not sure if that's a word) after this event. Seeing everyone so happy and smiling just brings my Christmas mood to another level.

I think it has been about SEVEN YEARS ever since I had Christmas in Singapore. It was definitely a different feel. I miss my cousins and family in the Philippines no doubt. Especially Terrence - my Godson. It certainly feels different. But nonetheless, this December break has been the best termbreak eva! Well maybe it's because our holidays was stripped away thanks to internship and we had like the most tiring 5 months of continuous work.

DOTC1, Open houses, Midnight masses, Christmas Party. T'hey're all wonderful (:

A finale of my Chorale journey WHILE in TP

Today (probably) marks the finale of my activity to TP Chorale. Yea it's really sad but nonetheless, I'll still come back next year after FYP. (And hopefully I pass to graduate)

Concert EVOS was wonderful. Honestly didn't feel it as much as last year coz I kinda had to squeeze months of hard work into 2 weeks! Yup, I had to learn over 10 songs in 2 weeks including choreo. Not to mention, juggling with FYP, BOD, DOC & DSC. LOL

still, I have made it. Lots of time, I think I am really crazy. Even a point of time that I felt like a burden to the group that I just wanted to pull myself out of the concert.

Thank you all who have given me support. Thank you TP Chorale for such a wonderful end to start off my focus of the final lap in TP.

And most definitely have to thank Darius for the much support. Even though the guys may not be that strong, he still didn't lose hope. Everyone may be playful and hard to understand, but still, he kept strong. Definitely I can see that it is NOT easy to work with polytechnic choirs. ' RESPECT'

Alright, time for me to sign off. It's been a wonder singing our hearts out with you all.

So Dear blog,

Yes I know it has been like as usual CENTURIES ever since I have blogged. Well just feel like just dropping by tonight while I take the bus home all the way from town.

How has my past few months been? It's good (:
Internship for 3 months. And now, I've officially 3 weeks left. :( mix feelings about that coz one, I'm enjoying myself with playing around illustrator or photoshop I instead of damn alias -.- second, once SIP ends, it just mean 3 words - Final Year Project. The project that chooses whether it is you leaving TP with a graduation gown, or saying hello to 4.1.

Im now interning at Cooking Art and I have seriously LEARNT ALOT! I've never felt so professional in my life.... Ok maybe not really professional hahahaha

Have been working on packaging designs for christmas. It's really enjoyable.
But now with 3 weeks left, it's getting really really stressful.

Anyhoos, I'll just leave it to God to decide for me.
